I had accidentally deleted the app after just purchasing credits so that I could call mexico so I went to reinstall the app and I had to register with a new account name so the credits I had purchased where gone..so I sent them an email telling them what had happened and that very same morning I got an email from them telling me that they had transferred my credits to my new account.. I love the way they just transferred my credits with no hassle or anything Im extremely happy with the app and the way they handled the situation
